Booking, what to bring, and which reports to send before you arrive.

This page describes the role. A named coordinator is added here when the center confirms them.

Coordination is the desk that turns a consultation request into a time, a list of papers, and a clear idea of who you will see. It is also who reschedules monitoring when a cycle date moves.

Before you come You will be asked for your phone number, whether both partners can attend, and whether you already have a semen analysis or hormone tests. Old reports can be brought on paper or as files. You do not need to fast unless the message about your appointment says so.

What this page is not It is not a medical opinion. The coordinator can tell you how the visit is organized. The physician decides the treatment.
