Tests so far are within expected ranges, and pregnancy has not happened. The plan is about time and the next useful step.
Unexplained infertility means the standard tests have not found a cause. It does not mean nothing is wrong, and it does not mean every possible test should be ordered at once.
What has usually been done
Ovulation, tubes, and a semen analysis. If one of those is missing, the visit completes it before adding treatment. Trying time matters: a shorter history is not managed like a history of several years.
Treatment talk
Options often include continued trying, ovulation support with insemination, or IVF. The choice depends on age and how long you have already tried. Extra tests are added when a result would change that choice.
